HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
We have a wide range of prices and each price is specific to the type of entertainment package we will create for you. It is best to meet with us to determine what package would be best for you and we can give you an exact quote.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BUDGET FOR MY DJ?
You will hear from many vendors that you shouldn’t skimp on their services but it couldn’t be more true in the case of DJ ENTERTAINMENT. Considering that your DJ ENTERTAINMENT will bear the responsibility of over 80% of the success of your celebration, you can see why choosing a FULL-TIME PROFESSIONAL DJ is the wisest choice. Your party already looks like a million bucks so don’t cut corners on the most important element that will make your event an unforgettable and fun experience. There are less experienced and part-time DJs that may charge less but when you have a once-in-a –lifetime celebration, why take chances?

WILL YOU HOLD MY DATE?
In the DJ industry, our dates are our inventory and therefore cannot be held without a contract and deposit. Even if you need to decide which package suits you, simply call to request a contract. A small deposit will hold your date. The most important detail is that you secure your date with us. Then, we can help you design a package right for you. We accept cash and checks only for deposit and final payment.

WILL YOU BE ON TIME FOR MY EVENT?
Yes. In fact, we will be early. We make all the arrangements for our arrival with your reception hall and we arrive approximately 1-2 hours early to set up. Our equipment and microphone are then tested so your first guest hears perfection.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
As a full-time professional DJ entertainment company, we only use the most reliable, professional and state of the art equipment. Although our talent, expertise and musical abilities come first, our sound and lighting systems are the tools we use to perform. When our name, reputation and mission to deliver the best celebration for you is on the line, we count on our tools to deliver amazing lights and sound, trouble free. The brands we trust are the same companies that have been providing sound and lights for the nation’s top concert and club venues. We perform using a completely digital CD sound system with back up equipment on site.

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC DO YOU HAVE AND DO YOU HAVE A LIST?
We carry thousands of songs on compact disc. We download music daily. Our music is updated so frequently that we will have all of your favorite tunes and requests. We also have all of your favorite party classics and tunes from every era including big band, ballroom, pop singers, oldies from the 50’s and 60’s, Motown, disco, calypso, new wave, 80’s, 90's, Italian, Irish, Jewish, Latin, classic rock, country, alternative, Top 40, r & b, urban, line dances, hip hop, dance, club, freestyle, house, techno, old school, funk, ethnic, reggae, reggaeton, 2000's, current and even more! We encourage you to supply us with any music (especially ethnic) that is obscure that you would like to have played. We also accept and follow a "do not play" list of any songs or artists you may not want played. If you are looking for a complete list of our music, it is more practical that we send you a list of the most requested music list along with a suggested song list for traditional dances. Also, keep in mind, there is only time to hear around 15-20 songs per party hour.

HOW DO YOU DRESS?
Tuxedos for weddings, suit and tie for all other occasions.

HOW LOUD IS THE MUSIC?
During cocktails and meal time, music is played at a level where it can be softly heard and your guests can enjoy their conversations. The level is increased for dancing without being overwhelming.

HOW INTERACTIVE ARE YOU?
We have learned by experience that different clients have different thoughts on this subject. We will discuss with you how interactive you want your MC to be. We can stay within our DJ booth, play music and verbally motivate the crowd or we can be out on the floor partying and dancing with your guests. Our level of interactivity is dependent on what you are comfortable with.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU'RE SICK OR INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT?
We carry cell phones and can quickly contact one of our standby All Star DJ entertainers to perform in case of an emergency.

DO YOU EVER SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PERFORM IN YOUR PLACE?
No, the owner's name is specified on the agreement we sign as the performer. Unless there is an unforeseen circumstance, the owner, Frankie (who has never missed an event in over 22 years) will perform.

DOES YOUR QUOTED PRICE INCLUDE TAXES?
Yes.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, check and money order. Final payment (balance minus deposit) is to be paid at least two weeks prior to the event. You are welcome to send us partial payments leading up to the event.

DO YOU DRINK DURING THE EVENT?
We drink water.

CAN SOMEONE CONNECT THEIR INSTRUMENT OR EQUIPMENT TO YOUR SYSTEM?
No, our system is self contained and is not adaptable with musical instruments or microphones. The videographer is welcome to hang a microphone in front of a speaker.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SET UP?
On-site parking, access to the venue, a six foot table and electricity supplied by the venue. If the event is outdoors, we need a tent or an overhead covering. We cannot set up outdoors without protection from nature's elements.

WHAT IF WE CANCEL THE EVENT?
As specified in our signed agreement, your deposit is non-refundable for any reason.

NY - Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Long Island, All 5 Boroughs of NYC, Ulster, Orange, Rockland, Columbia Counties and more.
